Erich Storm graduated from the University of Washington in Seattle in 1979, and received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Idaho in 1984. He practiced in Idaho during the first eight years following graduation from law school, and he is currently an inactive member of the bar in that state. In 1991, Mr. Storm was admitted to practice in Nevada, and he has been in private practice in Las Vegas since April of 1992.

Mr. Storm's legal career has always been litigation-oriented. He has tried numerous cases to juries, as well as to the court. In the first five years after Mr. Storm's graduation from law school, he practiced in a wide variety of legal areas. Those included representation of local governmental entities, including planning and zoning commissions; county commissions sitting as boards of equalization; the prosecution of criminal cases; and general civil practice. From approximately 1989 to present, Mr. Storm's practice has focused exclusively on civil litigation, primarily in the area of general liability defense on behalf of insurers and their policy holders in matters ranging from personal and commercial policy coverage issues to wrongful death cases.

Mr. Storm's association with the law firm of Michael G. Chapman helps further expand upon an array of professional experience and services not ordinarily found in a single law firm.
