Professional Experience:
Maureen Tucker is a Paralegal at Chapman Law Firm. Ms. Tucker has been a paralegal with the Firm since 1997. She received her paralegal certification from an ABA-approved paralegal program and has over 20 years of experience as a litigation paralegal. Ms. Tucker has a broad knowledge of eminent domain law which has allowed her to assist the Firm in legal research and all other facets of litigation. Prior to joining the Chapman Law Firm, she worked as an insurance defense paralegal, specializing in complex litigation; additional civil litigation experience includes probate and domestic relations.
